Do you take custom orders?

We are not taking any custom orders at the moment. Right now our monthly updates take up the majority of our time and energy. Taking custom orders would only cut into this time and we wouldn't be able to produce enough new pieces each month. This also allows us to grow as artists and continue doing something new every month.

Do you ship internationally?

Right now we are only shipping to the US, Canada, UK and Australia.

Do you take pre-orders?

Depending on materials and time we have available we do usually offer preorders for popular items. However, we do not have a wait-list and preorders are still a first come first served system.

Your items sell out so fast, how can I purchase from you?

We know our monthly updates do tend to sell out very quickly. The best way to better your chances at purchasing an item you want from our restock is to have a Shopify account set up in advance (a username and password), have your payment information entered and ready, and to be on our website at the exact time our update goes live and the items become available. I always have a countdown reminder going in my Instagram stories which is set to 5 minutes before the update is live. It may be good to even set your own alarm for 5 minutes before. Once your alarm goes off, it's best to be on our website at that time and refresh your page every minute or so until you see the items become available. Please keep in mind that we always take note of items that are popular and in high demand, and those are items we will always continue to make.
